Delivery

Delivery is 3 -5 working days.

We use the Royal Mail tracked service for our deliveries, will be provided with a tracking number, enabling you to track your delivery and choose delivery preferences.

​

Standard delivery charge is £4.95 but orders over £50 get free tracked UK delivery.

​

NB We only delivered within the UK at the moment.

Refund policy

If there is anything that you're not happy about, then our customer service team will always try and help to resolve your issue. If you would like to return your item/s, you can do so, provided they are returned within 14 days of the original query, are in the original, unopened / undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.

Paper Bird offers a refund service, but as a small independent business, we are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless your items are faulty. (Each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch so we do not anticipate this ever to be a problem)

How to return an item

Follow these steps for a simple return:

​

• Drop us an email at paperbird.lymeregis@gmail.com to let us know that you wish to refund an item.

• Let us know your name, email address, the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund.

• Post your goods back to us, (to be received by us within 14 days)  including your name and order number.

• Any items must be sent back unopened, undamaged, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

• Any item returned to us is at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service as Paper Bird is not liable for any lost items.

For items lost or damaged in the post

 

I will try to replace any item, when it arrives back to me, or offer a store credit note. For all occasions where I have to arrange re delivery of your item- postage will need to be paid again before I can do so.

Please send proof of damage- photos of packaging and damage to the print. Without this, I won’t be able to reimburse you.
